What if I send the wrong amount or token?

A different amount

If the amount you send is a little off, we re-quote it at the current rate. If it is far off, or the new rate is not acceptable, the amount goes back to your refund address.

A late deposit

The ticket has a deposit window. A deposit after that window is still detected for a while, then re-quoted or refunded.

The wrong token or network

A token sent on a network the deposit address does not support may not be recoverable. Always copy the network shown on the ticket, and send a small amount first if you are unsure.

If it happened, write to support with the transaction hash right away.
