GhostCross
Draft of 27 September 2026. The final legal wording will be confirmed with counsel.

Privacy

No account and no KYC. Here is the little we still see, why we need it and how long we keep it.

What we see

  • Destination and refund addresses, and the transaction hashes of your swap.
  • The token pair, amounts and the route used.
  • An email address, only if you give one.
  • Technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, kept in short-lived server logs.

Why we use it

To run the route, show the progress page, send the tracking link, answer support messages and stop abuse. We do not sell data and we do not build profiles.

How long we keep it

Swap records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting and legal duties. Your email is used only for the swaps you entered it on. Addresses and hashes also live on public blockchains, which nobody can erase.

Analytics and cookies

The public site sets no tracking cookies. If analytics is on, it is self-hosted and cookie-less: page views are counted without identifying you, and swap ids are removed from the page addresses we count.

Support chat

If you use the live chat, your messages are stored on our own support server so a person can answer and follow up.

Third parties

Routes are priced and built through a liquidity aggregator, and run on public DEXes, bridges and blockchains. Emails go through an email provider. Each sees only what it needs for its part.

Your choices

You can swap without an email. You can ask us to delete your email from our records through the support page. Data already written to a blockchain cannot be removed by anyone.

Contact

Privacy questions go to the support page. Include a swap id if your question is about a specific swap.
