Terms of use

GhostCross finds and runs routes between crypto tokens across DEXes and bridges. We are a transit desk, not a bank, broker or custodian. In ticket mode, funds sit in a transit wallet only for the minutes the route takes. In wallet mode, you sign each step in your own wallet and funds never pass through us.

You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to use crypto services there. You are responsible for following local laws, including tax rules. You may not use GhostCross if you are subject to sanctions or acting for someone who is.

A quote is an estimate of what the route will deliver at current prices. It refreshes until you confirm. After you confirm a ticket, the rate is held for a short window and within an amount range shown on the ticket. Market movement during the route is limited by the slippage setting; if it is exceeded, the route stops.

Send exactly the token, network and amount shown on the ticket. A deposit outside the accepted range, or after the window, may be re-quoted at the current rate or refunded. A token sent on an unsupported network, or to the wrong address, may be impossible to recover, and we cannot guarantee its return.

In wallet mode you approve every transaction in your own wallet. We never receive your private keys. Check each request before you sign it; signed transactions cannot be reversed.

If a route cannot finish, we send the funds to the refund address you gave, on the network you sent from. If the route failed after a hop, the refund may be in the token that hop produced. Network costs already paid cannot be returned. You are responsible for giving a correct refund address.

Our route fee is included in the quote. Network costs are charged by the blockchains and shown separately. We do not add fees after you confirm.

• Funds that come from crime, fraud or theft.
• Getting around sanctions or law enforcement.
• Attacking, overloading or reverse-engineering the service.

We may refuse, pause or refund a swap when we have reason to believe it breaks these rules, and we may cooperate with lawful requests.

Routes depend on third-party contracts, bridges and blockchains that we do not control. We are not liable for losses caused by them, by network congestion, or by wrong information you give us. Where the law allows, our liability for a swap is limited to the route fee we earned on it.
