What to do
- Keep the progress page open, or reopen it from the link.
- Check the step that is running. If it has a transaction hash, open it in the explorer.
- Wait until the typical time has passed. Busy networks are slower.
When we step in
If a step passes its expected time, our support team is alerted automatically and follows up. You can also write to support with your swap id. If the route cannot finish, the amount goes back to your refund address.
