Who gets it
Every blockchain charges a fee to include a transaction. On Ethereum it is called gas, on Tron it is paid in energy or TRX. That fee goes to the network, not to GhostCross.
Why it changes
Network cost depends on how busy the chain is and how many hops the route has. A route across two chains pays on both.
